    With unlimited classes, you’ll never be restricted in how often you train. Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, or pushing performance, your programming is covered.

    Your membership includes:
            •       2x Coach-Led SGPT Lifting Sessions per week – Structured strength training with expert guidance and progressive programming.
            •       2x Hyrox Club Sessions per week – Performance-focused conditioning designed to build engine, power, and race-ready fitness.
            •       2x Barbell Club Sessions per week – Develop technical skill, barbell confidence, and serious strength.

            •       Access to all our larger group sessions including Functional Strength, Conditioning and Bodyweight.

    You’ll also get full access to our coaching app, where your progress, programming, and accountability live, plus a built-in group support network that keeps you motivated, connected, and consistent.

    Our HYROX Club runs every Thursday and Saturday, bringing performance-based conditioning to all levels, whether you’re preparing for your first event or simply want to train with intensity and purpose.

    These sessions combine functional strength, endurance, and race-style workouts inspired by HYROX competition format. Expect structured, coach-led programming designed to improve stamina, power, pacing, and resilience.

    What you’ll get:
            •       HYROX-style workouts and station-based training
            •       Strength + conditioning combinations
            •       Scalable sessions suitable for beginners to experienced athletes
            •       Coaching on pacing, transitions, and performance strategy
            •       A motivating team environment that pushes you further

    Barbell Club is our dedicated Olympic Weightlifting programme, running every Monday and Saturday. Whether you’re completely new to the lifts or looking to sharpen your performance, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.

    We focus on the fundamentals and technical precision of the Olympic lifts, developing power, speed, coordination, and strength through structured, coach-led programming.

    What to expect:
            •       Technical breakdowns of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk
            •       Progressions suitable for beginners through to experienced lifters
            •       Accessory strength work to support performance
            •       Individual feedback in a focused small group setting
            •       A supportive environment that builds confidence under the bar

    Our experienced coaches ensure every lift is taught with clarity and attention to detail, so you can move efficiently, lift safely, and see consistent progress.

    Whether your goal is to compete, complement your current training, or simply learn a new skill, Barbell Club is your space to master the barbell.

    Age Strong 60+ is our dedicated small group training programme designed specifically for adults aged 60 and over who want to stay active, independent, and confident in their everyday lives.

    Running every Tuesday and Thursday, these sessions focus on building strength, improving balance, supporting joint health, and maintaining mobility, all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

    Each session includes:
            •       Safe, coach-led strength training
            •       Balance and stability work to reduce fall risk
            •       Mobility exercises to keep you moving well
            •       Functional movements that support everyday activities
            •       A friendly, social atmosphere with like-minded members

    Our experienced coaches understand how to adapt exercises to suit individual needs and abilities, ensuring you feel supported, safe, and capable at every stage.
